Privacy policy

Last updated November 1, 2026

FitPath AI (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We designed our practices around Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws.

What we collect

Why we use it

To calculate your targets, generate and adapt your plan, show your progress, provide customer support, secure the service, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your wellness data for advertising.

AI processing

Plan suggestions and weekly explanations may be generated with the help of a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic). This is optional and only happens if you consent. When it does, we send minimised, de-identified information (for example, experience level, training days, and catalog IDs — never your name, email or date of birth). Our provider agreements prohibit using this data to train their models. All health calculations are performed by our own software, not by AI.

Where data is stored

Data is stored with our hosting providers and may be processed outside your province or Canada, where it is protected by contractual safeguards. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is deleted promptly; limited pseudonymised security logs may be kept for up to 12 months.

Your rights

Waitlist

If you join our waitlist, we store your email address and a record of your consent to receive launch emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
