FitPath AI is for adults 18 years of age or older.
Not medical advice
FitPath AI is a general wellness service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for advice from a physician, registered dietitian or other qualified professional. Consult a healthcare provider before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
No guaranteed results
Timelines and projections are estimates. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
Subscriptions
Premium is billed in Canadian dollars through the App Store, Google Play or, where available, our website. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your store account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the policies of the platform you purchased through and applicable consumer-protection law.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, or interfere with its operation.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
